WSSV,WSSVM Progressive Divider
WSSV、WSSVM Progressive divider in block design is an advanced product introduced oversea , it can distribute the pressure lubricant quantity progressively to the lube points , via a set of pistons arranged predetermine designed .This divider is connected with concentrical lubrication system , supplied by electrical lubrication pump ,paddle pump or oil gun. There are four specs of outlet 6,8,10 and 12,can connect 2~36 to 2~144 lube points via tow sets of specs fit composite together.
If Q is the feed capacity in one working cycle , n is the numbers of outlet , then 1/nQ is the quantity of every outlet once . To plug the outlet in upper part by screw , make close it , the lubricant is fed to the next outlet lower part pass the hole aside , then the capacity is doubly from the outlet in the lower part , namely 2/nQ . Make use this characteristic , to open or close same outlet can achieve capacity increasing flow from another outlet to deal with the need .Especially the combining of outlets can do in the working spot.
